Terms of service

This is a translation provided for convenience. The French version is the legally binding one.
1. Purpose
The Attaché service is published by ATM HOLDING, a French SAS with a share capital of €5,186,850, registered office at 57 montée de Saint-Menet, 13011 Marseille, registered with the Marseille Trade and Companies Register under number 902 606 789.
It provides agencies and marketing teams with an MCP connector giving read-only access to the data of the accounts explicitly connected by their owner (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Meta Ads).
2. Pricing and billing
Pricing is tiered by the number of clients connected to the workspace, according to the grid published on the Pricing page. A 60-day free trial is granted when the workspace is created, once per account holder. Monthly billing with no commitment (or annual with two months free), through Stripe.
3. Responsibilities
The agency remains responsible for how it uses its clients' data and for meeting its own contractual and legal obligations towards them. The end client keeps ownership of their accounts at all times and may revoke access whenever they choose.
4. Availability
The service is provided as early access (private beta). No contractual service level (SLA) applies during this phase: interruptions for maintenance, fixes or changes may occur without notice. Major incidents are reported by email to the accounts concerned.
Attaché depends on third-party APIs (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Meta Ads) and on the AI client used. Unavailability, a unilateral change or an access restriction decided by any of these third parties may suspend all or part of the service, without this constituting a breach by Attaché.
5. Limitation of liability
Attaché provides read access to data the user already holds with the relevant providers. Answers returned by an AI assistant may contain errors of interpretation: they constitute neither advice nor an accounting or financial source of truth, and it is for the user to verify them before making any decision.
Except for damages resulting from gross negligence or wilful misconduct, Attaché's liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the customer during the twelve months preceding the triggering event. Indirect damages — loss of revenue, data, customers or reputation — are excluded.
6. Termination
The customer may terminate at any time from their space: termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no pro-rata refund. An end client may, independently and at any time, revoke access to their accounts, which immediately stops any data being retrieved.
Attaché may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, for use contrary to these terms or to the terms of the third-party APIs, or for compromising the security of the service. Except in a security emergency, termination is preceded by fifteen days' notice.
On account closure, access tokens are revoked with the providers and deleted, and account data is erased within thirty days, subject to statutory retention obligations such as invoicing.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be amended. Any substantial change is notified by email at least thirty days before it takes effect; continuing to use the service beyond that period constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable settlement before any legal action. Failing agreement, and for business customers, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Attaché's registered office. Consumers keep the benefit of the protective jurisdiction rules provided by law and may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
